Privacy policy

1. Who we are

MAGLINK sells magnetic charging accessories online in South Africa. Our address is Maliyani CJ 721, Thubalethu, Melmoth 3835, South Africa. You can reach us at informaglink@gmail.com or on 060 442 4021.

2. Information we collect

• Name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you order.
• Order history and support messages you send us.
• Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the store working and improve it.
• We never see or store your full card details. Card data is captured and processed directly by our payment provider on their secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems.

3. Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and warranty claims, answer support queries, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send you marketing emails.

4. Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to fulfil your order: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our payment provider, and our courier. We never sell your personal information.

5. Security and retention

The store is served over HTTPS and payments are processed on the provider's encrypted checkout. We keep order records for as long as required by South African tax and consumer law, then delete or anonymise them.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your shopping bag, remember preferences and measure how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the bag and checkout may then not work correctly.

7. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to marketing at any time. Email informaglink@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
