Terms & conditions
These terms govern every order placed on maglink.co.za. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Business and contact details
Maglink (maglink.co.za) is operated by MKHUSELI TRADING (Pty) Ltd, a registered business in South Africa. All sales, payments, and customer agreements made through this website are between the customer and MKHUSELI TRADING (Pty) Ltd. Trading name: MAGLINK. Business address: Maliyani CJ 721, Thubalethu, Melmoth 3835, South Africa. Email: informaglink@gmail.com. Telephone / WhatsApp: 060 442 4021. Support hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 SAST. MAGLINK is an online-only retailer of magnetic charging accessories and is not affiliated with Apple.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at R99 flat rate nationwide; Free delivery on orders over R750. Product images are illustrative. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will refund you in full if you do not accept the corrected price.
3. Orders and payment
A sale is concluded once payment is authorised and we confirm your order by email. Payment is taken on our payment provider's secure checkout; MAGLINK never stores your card details. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable or if the payment is flagged as fraudulent.
4. Delivery
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–5 business days nationwide via The Courier Guy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and exclude public holidays. Full detail is on our delivery page.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Under section 44 of the ECT Act you may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery without reason and receive a refund, provided the goods are returned in their original condition; you carry the cost of returning them. Beyond that we accept returns within 30 days from delivery. Defective goods are covered by 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and by the Consumer Protection Act. See our returns & refund policy. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use this store for unlawful purposes, fraudulent payments, or to resell our content without permission. All MAGLINK branding and site content remain our property.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where South African law provides otherwise.
8. Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first at informaglink@gmail.com — we aim to resolve complaints within 7 business days. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9. ECT Act section 43 disclosure
This page, together with our privacy policy, delivery and returns pages, constitutes the information required from an online supplier under section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
