12-month warranty against manufacturing defects
Condition
Returns must be unused and in the original packaging. Faulty products are handled through the warranty process instead.
How to claim
- 1Email or WhatsApp support with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- 2Send clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging.
- 3We confirm whether it is a return or a warranty claim and send return instructions.
- 4Once received and inspected, we repair, replace or refund.
